Continuous Improvement

The Open Adams Strategic Reform Plan is a commitment to continuous improvement of the organizational process for manifesting the vision and direction of Adams County’s future. In addition, it is a way of nurturing the cultural environment which is essential to creating a good and responsible government. Progress will not stop and policies and procedures will consistently be developed in a way that allows for thoughtful growth, continuous evaluation and innovation through employee, resident and Adams County government collaboration.

The civil action initiated on behalf of Adams County against Quality Paving is an integral part of the Adams County commitment to continuous improvement. As the case progresses, Open Adams will post updates on any significant actions or achievements with the case.
