Adams County government offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 15, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Kick off your Independence Day celebrations early at the annual Stars & Stripes event on Wednesday, July 3, 4-10 p.m., at Riverdale Regional Park, 9755 Henderson Rd., Brighton. Food and beer vendors will begin serving at 4 p.m. Live entertainment with country singer Thomas Mac begins at 7:30 p.m. The night will end with musical fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
