Public Forum on December 15 to share progress on the County’s compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Adams County will host a public forum at the Pete Mirelez Human Services Center on Friday, Dec. 15, 3-4:00 p.m., to share information about upcoming projects and to gather feedback on the County's plan to ensure access and mobility for all users of public rights-of-way owned by Adams County. The Human Services Center is located at 11860 N. Pecos St. in Westminster.
"Adams County wants to ensure that progress is made on the County-adopted ADA Transition Plan," said Allison Rice, Public Works ADA Transition Program Manager. "With that goal in mind, we've developed a couple of projects as part of this year’s ADA Transition Program that will facilitate greater connectivity and access for the community. We encourage the public to share their feedback on our plan to help us target possible future projects."
For more information about the plan, visit: http://www.adcogov.org/adaplan. If you are unable to attend the public forum but wish to share your feedback or ask questions, please contact Allison Rice at 720.523.6849 or [email protected].
