Chris Kline has been promoted to Deputy County Manager for People & Culture Services at Adams County.
Kline started with the county in 2006 as the Administrator of the Workforce and Business Center. He was elevated to Director of Human Services in 2012 and played a critical role in rebuilding his department’s – and the county’s – culture. Kline also oversaw the 2017 opening of the Human Services Center building in Westminster, allowing employees to serve residents in a modern and centralized location.
“This promotion reflects our organization’s commitment to excellence,” said County Manager Raymond Gonzales. “Chris’ passion for organizational development and performance management will help drive a culture of service excellence where we encourage diversity and innovative approaches that respect and value our differences, ideas and knowledge.”
Kline graduated from the University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Public Administration. In addition, Chris completed the Colorado Certified Public Manager Program. He did his undergraduate course work at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
