Asphalt Removal and Street Repaving During the Week of June 25
Streets that had asphalt removed last week will be repaved this week. Please see attached map of active work areas planned for the week of June 25-29.
Streets Planned for Asphalt Removal
Residents along the following streets can expect access to their driveways to be impacted as crews move in front of their homes for asphalt removal:
- Krameria St.
- Locust St. (Between E. 122nd Ave. and E. 121st Dr.)
- Locust St. (Between E. 123rd Pl. and E. 122nd Ave)
- E. 121st Pl.
- E. 121st Dr.
- E. 122nd Ave.
- E. 122nd Pl.
- E. 123rd Dr.
- E. 123rd Pl.
Access During Construction
"No Parking" signs will be placed on your street the day before maintenance activities begin. Temporary street closures are expected as crews with large equipment remove the old asphalt and repair the pavement. Some delays are expected. Access to driveways will be impacted for less than 15 minutes at a time.
Working Hours
Normal working hours are from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. The schedule is dependent on weather and moisture levels. The schedule may change. Please contact the public information team with questions at 720.613.8897.
Raymond Gonzales has resigned his position as Adams County Manager, effective Nov. 30, 2021. Gonzales has taken a position as President of Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation (MDEDC) and Executive Vice President of Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. He will remain with Adams County through November 2021 and will start his position with MDEDC Dec. 1, 2021.
