Adams County seeks artists for large-scale art installations and interactive arts programming at Festival Latino 2024.

Festival Latino draws over 12,000 visitors to Riverdale Regional Park to celebrate the rich cultural heritage and vibrancy of Latino cultures. Artwork at the event celebrates traditional art forms and contemporary art of Latin America.

Art Activation Opportunities

  • Large-scale exterior art installations in and around the event 
  • Interactive or community artmaking led by professional artists

Location: Riverdale Regional Park, 9755 Henderson Rd., Brighton, CO 80601

Event Date: Sunday, Sept.15, 2024

Respond By: Responses will be reviewed on a rolling basis through Thursday, Aug. 15.

Artist Stipend: $1,000 - $15,000. Budgets vary based on materials, size, types of engagement, installations costs, etc.

What to Submit:
Portfolio of past work.
OR
Proposals for existing work, new commissions, and interactive art experiences.

Proposals Should Include:

  • Brief description of artwork or interactive concept
  • Visuals - existing work or concept sketches
  • Budget - all costs associated with execution

Site Information:
Festival Latino is held outdoors at Riverdale Regional Park in Brighton. Art activation can occur in grassy areas or on asphalt.
